NHTSA complaint #757026, filed 2002-01“Driving slow due to snow on road when vehicle started to skid. Hit an embankment & went over. Hit a rock dead center of vehicle. Upon impact with rock, neither air bags deployed. Also, seat belts on driver side & restraining child seat in the rear came unbuckled. Child seat flipped over to driver side (no child). Bottom of bumper was ripped off.”
