Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“My windshield has cracked three times I have only had the car for a year these cracks all happened within 6 months of each I do not drive behind trucks I do not have rocks that are coming and hitting it there are no chips and it's always cracking in the same space almost directly in the middle. This has got to be a defect. I have gone to two different places to have it replaced so it cannot be bad workmanship. And twice the crack has appeared overnight another reason I know it's not rocks and I just have really bad luck.”
