Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“During a snow storm snow became packed into the rims and caused severe vibration in the tires. It happened again after the next snow storm. There have been 4 occasions of driving through snow and each time the car shakes badly. Took it to the dealer to complain and I was told there is nothing that can be done other than to stop and physically remove the snow or take it to a car wash.”
