“I took my outlander in on May 6 2026 for routine oil change , tire rotation, basic multi inspection to bruce walters service (same company i bought it from new 15 months ago). Inspection was flawless with green light on tires, brakes, the works. It had approx 24k miles on it. When I left the dealer that day I noticed A LOT of roaring, slight vibration, worse when I cut wheel left. I called them and they could not inspect the car for 28 days , appt they made was june 2nd 2026. This only started when they rotated tires. …”
