“The contact owns a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander Equipped with Nexen Roadian GTX in size 255/45R20. The contact stated while driving the vehicle at 30 MPH she noted her tire pressure was very low, she pulled into a gas station to fill it with AIR, she drove the vehicle home, and next day the tire was flat again and was filled back up. The vehicle was taken to a independent mechanic where it was diagnosed to have pieces of tires coming off with no actual puncture of the tire. The tires were replaced at owners cost. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 27,000.”
