“The contact owns a 2002 Monaco Coach Knight. While driving on the interstate at an unknown speed, the motor failed to function and almost caused a catastrophic situation when the vehicle came to a complete stop. The vehicle was unable to be restarted. The vehicle was towed to an independent mechanic to inspect and diagnose the motor failure. In addition, a third party source investigated the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed by a dealer. The manufacturer was notified of the failure to determine if they could provide a permanent repair. The vehicle was not repaired. …”
