2004: “In the spring of 2016, we had taken a trip from home to lake wright-patman about 80 miles away. Upon arriving at our camping space, we noticed the top of the windshields were bulging out from the roof. We covered the roof and top of the windshields with a tarp to prevent rain from coming into the bus. We contacted Newmar's customer support via email and telephone to determine what could be done to repair the windshields. We contacted pace glass in texarkana, tx to make the repairs using schematics provided to us by Newmar. …”

Miss continued and the vehicle wouldn't accelerate past 55 MPH. Pulled to side of the road to check for any visual problems, none noted. Engine started normally and I finished the 30 mile drive home. Changed fuel filter, air filter and maf sensor. Engine started normally and I took it for a test drive. After 20 miles with no issues I attempted an acceleration and again it lost power, skipping/missing and backfired. Pulled into a rest area and shut down for 20 minutes. …”
NHTSA complaint #10641506, filed 2014-10, 24,116 miles2003: “Abs brake failure and loss of cruise control. Happened during stop and go traffic. Calipers hung up and over heated brakes burning out ABS sensor. Same problem on 2002, 2001 workhorse chassis. Recall should have included 2003 as problem is the same. Many complaints about same year and same situation as mine. Workhorse should have notified owners to lube caliper slides immediately.”
