“I was involved in a near fatal auto accident, which Nissan didn't report to the death and injury reports done every quarter per annual year. The accident almost left me paralyzed and I broke over 6 bones in various body part locations due to the car not living up to the safety features the maker boasted to have which falsely lead me to buy the car and nearly killed me during an accident, at no fault of mine. The accident was on 1-18-2006, the vehicle a total loss, and occurred in arizona on interstate 51 in phoenix az. …”

Mva involved a head on accident to the left front side of the 350 z convertible. Impact was at 40mph. Srs lights are not indicating that the a/b deployed.”

NHTSA complaint #10223055, filed 2008-04, 41,000 miles

“2004 350Z had to have the convertible top replaced in 2008. Top started to show stress at folds and a large rip in top next to back window. Top will sometimes stick when putting down and will have to raise and lower to get it to work. Passenger side seat belt has started to stick it will release after a while.”
