That's the standard rate for used tires. The first tire they tried to sell me had two nails in it. The guy showed me the tire but didn't show me the whole tire until I asked to see it myself. I pointed out the two nails that were obvious and he acted as if he didn't know they were already there. The second tire had little to no meat on it. I refused that tire and they tried to offer the tire for $28 instead of $30. No sale. …”
