“The spare tire that is included with the vehicle is the wrong overall diameter and if used on either front or rear, will cause the AWD transfer case to over heat within 1 mile. There is the potential for major damage or destruction of the AWD transfer case. This is an immediate safety concern! Nissan should recall these vehicles immediately and provide a proper sized spare tire that can be driven on to get to a repair facility without vehicle damage or loss of control.”
