“The contact owns a 2024 Nissan Altima. The contact stated that while entering the vehicle and closing the door, the rear windshield shattered spontaneously. The vehicle was towed to a dealer. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 7,893.”
