“The air bag light was flashing so I took my 2005 Armada to the dealership to find out the reason. The dealer is charging me about $500.00 to replace the harness. They said the air bag may not deploy if I am involved in an accident. Also, I've had two instances where my brakes got jammed and made a loud noise when I stopped at a stop sign.”

NHTSA complaint #10863189, filed 2016-05, 73,000 miles

“The instrument panel fuel gauge inaccurately displays that the vehicle still has some fuel, about one quarter tank, when the fuel tank is empty. The vehicle stop working on several occasions while I was driving on the road with my family in the truck. I did not now that it was because of the gas. Fortunately no-one was hurt but it could have produced a series car crash also, passenger airbag light comes on so dealer had to change the old one”

NHTSA complaint #10789861, filed 2015-11, 60,000 miles

“Airbag sensor light on 2005 Nissan Armada. My vehicle has the problem described in the Nissan recall and I am in one of the recalled states. Nissan claims my vehicle not involved in recall. The pathfinder is listed in the recall and the year my vehicle was sold it was sold as a pathfinder Armada. I think they are playing games.”

NHTSA complaint #10260042, filed 2009-02, 57,000 miles

“The fuel shows that I have a quarter of a tank or a bit more left and the number mileage on the screen shows the same. My vehicle randomly stops without warning. This has happened 3 times. I had the vehicle repaired last year for the same reason and here I am again. I see there is a recall and my car was not included. I called Nissan and the representative told me told contact NHTSA to be more effective.....he acknowledged the problem with the trucks. I feel as though it is a definite safety hazard. We were lucky this time. …”
