“I was slowing down to take an exit and the brakes felt like they just didn't work which resulted in me missing the exit, striking a median with the front right tire, then causing the vehicle to roll over. Very soon after my accident, I received a re-call from Nissan on the brake pedal that would increase stopping distance and increase the risk of a crash. My insurance company has possession of the vehicle and I would like an inspection to be done, to rule out the possibility of a faulty brake pedal.”

Trying to drive was hardly possible as the car would stop short and cause the noise anytime the brakes were even lightly applied. The red brake warning light came on. I pulled over and after turning the car off and back on the brake light was off and the car drove fine. This happened one more time in december. Searching the internet I found this to be a problem in previous years but not with a 2009. Most complaints pointed to a solenoid in the brake booster and a $800 repair. …”
