“I have a 2009 Nissan CUBE which had a serious problem and I took it in for repair. It turned out to be a malfunctioning brake lamp switch which caused the vehicle not to start. When I researched this problem I found out that it also it causes the failure of illumination of the rear brake lights; which can caused a very serious accident if rear ended.”

I took it back to the dealer and they were replaced at no cost. The issue is that the replacement head lights are worse than the ones replaced. When we picked up our car I checked the lights and they are worse than the ones that were replaced. The next day I called Nissan and made them aware of this issue. Several days later I was informed that were no recall issues and that they would not replace or correct this issue. …”
