“2016 Nissan JUKE nismo rs is sold with summer tires (no other option) the continental sport contact 5 are an extreme safety issue when in use on cold wet or snow roads. It is not acceptable that this is standard equipment with no other option available. Hydro planning and loss of control occurs when driving during these conditions. Cold wet or snow roads are common in the dc area.”

I was a car accident that left me with a concussion and minor injuries. No the car is now totaled. The vehicle did receive an appraisal inspection. No they were absolutely no warnings or anything that made me feel I shouldn’t have been driving my car. I kept up on the maintenance well with the help of my warranty company. I did notice in the last few weeks of driving my car though that my check engine light was on.”
