Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“I purchased my car brand new and the leather is cracking insanely. I have met others with the same model and the leather has torn on the seats and arm rest. The leather isn't durable. It's a insult to have such a new car that has these defects. The interrupted leather causes damage to your body whenever you utilize the affected areas which will result in other problems in the near future”
