“I am filing a formal safety complaint regarding a severe electrical failure and fire hazard inside the fuel tank of my 2015 Nissan NV200, directly related to Safety Recall PMA56 (NHTSA 25V676000). The dealership performed the recall service but refused to replace the fuel pump module, claiming no diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) were present.
