“1. On September 9, 2021, my 2016 NV 200 suddenly and unexpectedly broke down in Gila Bend AZ on a trip from the Bay Area to Austin to visit my grandchild. After refueling and pulling back onto the road towards the Interstate 8 on-ramp, the vehicle suddenly died. It was extremely difficult to steer it towards the side of the road and the ignition was inoperable. 2. I was unable to get the vehicle completely off the road and semi's were honking at me because I was dangerously in their path. There could easily have been a collision. …”
