“First notice a loud revving sound coming from the engine yesterday may 8. It happens while driving and you lose power to accelerate when trying to accelerate the car does not increase in speed. Today may 9 I have noticed with the air being on that it tends to rev more. It happened several times today. Sounds like a jet taking off. Van has approximately 10,000 miles on it. It is very scary when it happens while driving and you lose power. It will happen while moving, parked, shortly after starting. There's no rhyme or reason.”

NHTSA complaint #11092788, filed 2018-05, 10,790 miles

Cabin filled with smoke and forced me to pull vehicle over on side of road. Smoke stopped after vehicle was turned off and seat was inspected. Visible burn on bottom of cushion. Wiring harness to seat unplugged to drive vehicle home.”
