“My wife was driving approximately 40 MPH in a 45 MPH zone. A vehicle in front of her had to make a sudden stop due to another motorist in front of it was turning left and she applied the brakes and could not stop in time and she rear ended the driver in front of her. Neither air bag deployed in the 1999 Nissan Quest. We have contacted our insurance company (american family) and the adjuster sadi that the air bags shouldn't have deployed due the crash of the vehicle and the way it hit. …”
