“The contact owns a 2008 Nissan Quest. The contact heard a loud noise coming from the rear of the vehicle while backing out of the driveway. The contact observed that part of the suspension was hanging in the rear of the vehicle. The vehicle was towed to the dealer for diagnostic testing, but the results were unavailable. The manufacturer was not notified. The VIN was unavailable. The approximate failure mileage was 100,000.”
