“Ever since I purchase my Nissan Quest 2008 last year on october 26, 2013. My cd doesn't work. It keeps ejecting the cd out and no music, I might say. Also, everytime I turn on my van, the radio works, then in a few minutes it blows out the music. Then a buzzing sounds starts to happen. The passenger window doesn't go up all the way. As I press the button to go up, the window comes down half way. I have to constantly press the window button. Little by little so the window can close. My air conditioner takes forever to get cool. Instead of cool air, it blows warm air. …”

The contact stated that smoke would rise from under the hood of the vehicle whenever the air conditioner was turned on. The vehicle was inspected by an authorized dealer and the contact was informed that there was corrosion within the air conditioner lines. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure, but offered no assitance. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure and current mileages were approximately 46,500.”
