“When our vehicle was hit on the drivers side the drivers seat reclined back causing serious injuries. Currently there are only recalls on the 2008 Nissan Quest pawl system. I do not have images because ems pushed the seats forward. The vehicle was in motion when another vehicle ran a stop sign and hit us at a speed over 70 MPH.”
