“The contact owns a 2021 Nissan Rogue Sport. The contact stated that while starting the vehicle, the vehicle was difficult to start and there was dust coming out of the vents. The contact stated that several unknown warning lights were illuminated. Additionally, there was an oil leak coming from the timing chain cover. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, but the failure could not be duplicated; however, the dealer changed all the filters, changed the oil, and provided the contact with another key to the vehicle. …”

The vehicle continued to roll and crashed into a fence. There were no warning lights illuminated. The contact sustained injuries, including a fractured rib, a fractured back, and a collapsed lung. …”
