After having to bring in my car on several occasions for minor glitches (a rear-view mirror falling off, one of the sun-visors fell off), I finally had a big problem. In february 2008, while driving on a straight, flat road, while approaching an intersection I prepared to stop my vehicle for a light. I was about 4 car lengths behind the car ahead of me, and was only traveling about 35 MPH. When I pressed the brake pedal softly, nothing happened. Then I pushed the brake pedal down all the way, and still nothing happened. …”

I was informed by the service department at Nissan burdick syracuse ny that there the rear wheels were out of spec and could not be brought back into specification. Informed by technician that this is a known issue. I was forced to purchase new tires after only 26k miles on the car. NHTSA complaint #10282286, filed 2009-08, 27,000 miles“The contact owns a 2007 Nissan Sentra. The contact started the vehicle and turned on the air conditioner; however, the air conditioner was distributing warm air instead of cool air. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic for inspection on two separate occasions. The AC fuse, AC compressor and two AC clutches were replaced at different times on the vehicle. The failure continued to occur after the repairs were made. The vehicle had not been repaired due to the repair cost. The failure mileage was approximately 26,000.”
