The contact stated that the front passenger’s side seat belt warning light was displayed on the instrument panel while the seat was vacant. The vehicle was taken to a dealer and the contact was provided an appointment. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 73,000.”
