“1 year apart, 30,000 miles apart. I had to get the pdf replaced, catalyic replaced, scr sensors...the check engine keeps coming back on...I would drive about 30 miles ,check engine lights comes on and I would start losing power..to where it would shut down itself”

NHTSA complaint #11320893, filed 2020-04, 41,000 miles

“I leased this vehicle from a Nissan dealer last year. They leased it to me as a new vehicle even though it had almost 5,000 miles on it. I was just recently told by a mechanic that the vehicle was in an accident prior to the lease. The dealer did not tell me that it was in an accident. Should I have been told of the accident prior to signing the lease papers? I might have backed out of the lease if I knew about the accident.”

NHTSA complaint #11064403, filed 2018-01, 5,000 miles

“Our 2016 Nissan Titan Xd was idling on a level carport with the parking brake engaged. No one was in the cab of the truck. I was unloading tools from the back of the truck. After about 5-7 minutes, while I was standing in the bed of the truck, the engine revved and the truck began to roll very slowly backwards. It rolled over a small concrete bump (intended to prevent cars from rolling off the carport), down about a 6 inch step down, across another 10 feet or so of concrete and into the brick wall at the back of the carport. …”

NHTSA complaint #11067355, filed 2018-02, 16,500 miles

“Intermittently looses power, total loss of acceleration. Definitely a safety hazard not knowing when it's coming. I'm very familiar with turbo lag, this is not it. Usually happens around 1/4 throttle, squeeling accessory drive belt, exhaust odor in the truck, makes you nauseous, afraid to let my kids ride in it! Severe clunking in driveline, rattle in turbocharger, check engine for waste gate, leaking window seals, drips on window switch surges forward when coming to a stop, they say it's shifting into first, it will shove you into an intersection! …”

NHTSA complaint #10970919, filed 2017-04, 4,000 miles

“With vehicle stopped, engine off, the doors would not open from inside the vehicle. All four doors are supposed to automatically unlock, but did not do so. I attempted to use the door mounted controls, but the doors did not unlock. I tried to manually unlock the doors using the door locks in the armrest, but the doors would not open. I attempted to use the key fob remote control, but doors did not unlock. The door lock levers would flip from the locked to unlocked position, but the doors would not open. I started and stopped the engine to reset the door locks, but the doors did not unlock. …”
