“The contact owns a 2018 Nissan Titan. The contact stated that while reversing at 2-3 MPH, the rearview camera was inoperable, causing the vehicle to strike an unoccupied vehicle parked on the street. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 38,200.”
