“On date the truck was purchased, before we drove truck off lot, center console had update error message displayed (see images). Nothing on center console would work, but vehicle would run fine. Blind spot detection would not work. System would try to reboot itself for about an hour before system would come back online and everything would be normal, including blind spot detection. Next day, I took truck to work and console went out again as I was driving. Blind spot detection no longer worked again. Took it to dealership. …”

“I was in need of medical attention and could not move. The vehicle vehicles, SOS system was unresponsive and ineffective due to the microphone, not working while trying to communicate with the emergency services they were unable to hear me subsequently ending the call under the impression the call was made accidentally. In other cases, this malfunction could mean the difference between life or death.”

NHTSA complaint #11700503, filed 2025-11

“While driving my car would almost stall on the highway, if I gave it gas while merging onto the highway it doesn't respond and then almost stall, but then respond after 2 seconds when it was not as clear to merge on the highway. I have had to replace the battery twice and been stranded in the last 3 years, the engine would pretend to start but not kick over. I have seen that this is a common problem when looking into Nissan TItan Forums”

NHTSA complaint #11645349, filed 2025-02

“I am experiencing engine stalling. I have also experienced dome light flickers or not turning on on occasion along with radio and phone charge connection not always working, like a short of some sort. Also the mirror button allowing the driver and passenger side mirrors to open close sometimes fails as if wiring is OK sometimes and other times not There is not an exact date for the issues as they have occurred on and off since 2019 I did take the truck into Nissan 11/2023 as the radio blacked out and would not turn on. …”

NHTSA complaint #11683463, filed 2025-08

“Traveling home from working nightshift. I fueled up my truck with diesel and started my commute home which is 85 miles to my residence from work. 60 miles into my commute without warning and no alerts my truck suddenly lost power to everything… engine, steering, acceleration, and electrical. Final able to pull off the road with difficulty steering. Came to a stop and everything shuts off. All the warning lights lit up but no exact detail to what caused it. Had it towed to service shop after failure to start and the sound it made trying to start wasn’t normal. …”
