I say this is a defect from the manufacturer. Something like that just doesn't happen. I't also happpenend to a guy at work, same car same year, but his happened only 2 weeks apart. This must be a soft spot in the metal where it doesn't hold the strut down good enough. I can give you the guys name and he can tell you. He warned me about the other side going but I thought that was an off the wall thing. …”
