“The contact owns a 2000 Oldsmobile Silhouette. While driving at an unknown speed, the contact heard a knocking sound coming from the front end near the wheels. The vehicle was taken to the dealer three times and they replaced the front passenger side tire. The current mileage was 35,554 and failure mileage was 1,000.”
