Went back to the dealer on 3/16/2016 at 11:30 am due to not getting any return phone calls from the messages I left and found that nothing had been done. These recalls could be dangerous but san antonio chrysler dodge does not think so.”

In addition, the air bags did not deploy, the electrical system did not shut down, and the seat belts did not retract. Prior to the accident, the vehicle was serviced under NHTSA campaign number: 15v459000 (air bags). The vehicle was taken to the dealer however a determination had not been established whether the vehicle was destroyed or not. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. A police report was filed. …”
NHTSA complaint #10862137, filed 2016-04, 29,000 miles“The contact owns a 2013 Ram 2500. While driving various speeds or while parked, the service tire pressure, srs air bag, and low coolant warning lights illuminated. Also, the radio would turn on and off with the volume excessively loud. All the locks in the vehicle would lock and unlock periodically. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was diagnosed that the body control module needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired, but the remedy failed. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 85,000.”
