“My vehicle has been in to 2 different dealerships for a warning light check airbag system. I have had it in to the repair shop approximate 5 times. It's fixed for a day or 2 then the warning comes back on. There is a safety recall for this and was performed a software update which didn't solve the issue. I do not feel safe for driving this vehicle.”

“While operating my truck i have a air bag warning indicator come up on my cluster gage. With the light still one and engine running I immediately drove the vehicle to my local Ram dealer to seek assistance. I had spoken to a service advisor who checked my vehicle in for service. The service advisor did confirm the SRS light was on. After the tech did a diagnostic they found no stored service codes, the dealer cleared rhe codes, and said there was no issue and no repairs was performed. I find it very strange for the light to just randomly comon and there is no issues. …”

“I have had numerous safety warning messages display upon startup and also while driving. The messages are usually combined with a cold ambient temperature and do not display during warm temperatures. The FCA dealership has attempted to fix this issue on at least six different occasions so far without any change. To date, FCA has replaced the original battery, they have updated, flashed the ECU module, performed NHTSA Recall B4C for flashing the cluster, and most recently they replaced the ORC module. …”

“Drove down a paved road in the legal speed limit (30mph). Hit a bump in the pavement and the dash had large amounts of disabled codes popping up: airbag disabled, emergency braking disabled, power steering disabled, blind spots need service, traction control. Brought it to a RAM dealership where they found 6 active and 51 stored DTCs all tied to the communication to the powertrain and safety modules (4wd, power steering, airbags, ABS). The dealer did not have time to fix it, so another dealership said they would fix it if I drove it to them. …”

“The contact owns a 2025 Ram 2500. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V882000 (Air Bags, Electronic Stability Control (ESC). The vehicle was taken to a local dealer for the recall repair. The dealer informed the contact that the software update failed, and the vehicle was not repaired. The dealer called in a technician from the manufacturer to update the software; however, the update failed again. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact was advised by the dealer to come back in a month, and the dealer would attempt the software update again. …”
