2025 Ram 2500 Forward collision avoidance Problems

“I have a 2025 ram 2500 diesel, and I use it to tow, as I am a farmer, and have a farm. I pull stock trailers, my tractor, and other trailers associated with my farm. I took my truck in for the trailer tow module recall to be done over 4 months ago, and they said they had to order the part and would call once it came in. It has now been over 4 months, I have called the dealer to follow up, and keep getting the same answer. The part hasn't arrived yet, and they will call me when it comes in. …”

“Drove down a paved road in the legal speed limit (30mph). Hit a bump in the pavement and the dash had large amounts of disabled codes popping up: airbag disabled, emergency braking disabled, power steering disabled, blind spots need service, traction control. Brought it to a RAM dealership where they found 6 active and 51 stored DTCs all tied to the communication to the powertrain and safety modules (4wd, power steering, airbags, ABS). The dealer did not have time to fix it, so another dealership said they would fix it if I drove it to them. …”
