“I have called & been to Fletcher Chrysler in Franklin, IN and they said that there is still no remedy/fix for the brake recall on my vehicle. I use it to tow our 5th Wheel & am seriously worried about towing it in the Spring, as well as daily driving in around. It has now been 14 months and there still is no repair for this Recall issued in Nov 2024.”
NHTSA complaint #11711416, filed 2026-01“My ABS, traction control lights come on and off also loose the ability to use cruise control and electronic breaking system while pulling my trailers. This has been brought to the dealership and fixed once already and it only lasted long enough for the 1 year warranty to expire and it has started doing the same thing again. Also loose my trailer lights when this happens...”
NHTSA complaint #11593984, filed 2024-06“The recall C4B/NHTSB 24v-893 came out in January of 2025. The parts are still not available for this recall (per Chrysler/RAM). I have been driving my truck with a possible non-working ABS system for a year and a half, often pulling a 10,000 lb trailer. I feel that this is ridiculous that the part is still not available. If I had a wreck during this time, I guarantee that I would sue the crap out of Chrysler.”
NHTSA complaint #11749954, filed 2026-07“The ABS module has failed. There aren’t any available across the entire United States in order to fix our vehicle. We have no ABS, no cruise control, no trailer brakes. We can’t get any help or answers from Ram. We have started a case with them and cannot even get a call back. The dealer cannot even order the part.”
NHTSA complaint #11603554, filed 2024-07“Bought this truck with 88000 miles in Texas when I got home back to Arkansas the very next week I start having issues with brake occasionally spongy, service abs and traction control lights coming on and off multiple times and cruise control not working. It may work fine then all of a sudden ding and lights come on and shuts your cruise control off I have almost been hit for this issue multiple times.”
