“I recently had an issue with the wiring in the passenger seat of my 2021 RAM 2500 (Longhorn Edition) with interior heated/cooled seats. My passenger seat had a wiring short which caused the seat cushion to ignite. With some quick searching, it appears that I am not alone in this event. In fact, it appears at least a couple people have had their entire truck burn. I am sure that this specific model is not the only one with this wiring set up in the seats. I was wondering if you have collected any data on these events to date? Thank you for your help.”
