“Our 2008 Saturn VUE xe recently started locking up the ABS and brakes while driving. It happens in stop and go traffic and most frighteningly at freeway speeds. The vehicle will apply the brakes at will for no reason and the ABS and traction control indicators come on. We have had the vehicle serviced multiple times and we have replaced all brake hardware and the issue still exists. We have done countless hours of research and have found that hundreds of Saturn, chevrolet, and commodore vehicles exhibit the same issues and general motors dealerships do not even have an answer. …”

It was a corporate fleet vehicle prior to my purchase. It has a preferred package including a factory-installed remote start. In the short 4 months I own it I have experienced a problem with the instrument cluster panel at least 10 times or more. Specifically, the instrument cluster display does not illuminate at all. No speedometer, no fuel gage, RPM's or turn signals yet the vehicle is in drive and running. …”

I am the original owner of the car and it was installed prior to my picking it up at the faulkner dealership, Saturn of jenkintown. The roof was installed by.rsc restyling in levittown, pa. I took the car to faulkner GM in trevose, pa for repairs and contacted my auto insurance company. A few days later I found out that the sun roof manufacturer had issued a recall notice for this exact problem. The sun roof was replaced at rsc and I attempted to find out why I was never notified of the recall. …”
NHTSA complaint #10583097, filed 2014-04, 54,000 miles“2008 Saturn VUE with A/C problems. A/c will blow hot air after 10-15 min of drive time. Will not come back on, and A/C light flashes. A/c sometimes returns after being parked for a few hours, but only to go out again. Has been at GM dealership 3 times. 1st time they found nothing wrong, 2nd time they did a gas test said nothing was wrong. 3rd time I drove the car to the dealership when A/C went out, they saw it was not working, and replaced the thermostat. A/c is now out again 1 week later.”
