“The contact owns a 2014 Scion XB. The contact stated that there was premature rust on the roof of the vehicle, which progressed without warning. The vehicle was taken to a dealer who painted the top of the windshield near the roof. The extensive rust was not coated by the dealer. The contact was concerned that the failure may persist.
