Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“Turning a corner in second gear and all of a sudden it popped out into neutral. Because I was leaning with the bike it dropped to the ground and hit the exhaust. Luckily I was able to straighten it out before dropping it. This bike has progressively gotten worse and now I don't even ride it. Suzuki dropped the ball on this bike's transmission. There are many reports of the same issue. Do not buy one.”
