“We recently purchased a 2006 Suzuki Grand Vitara from an individual. On the way home the passenger seat belt off and air bag lights remained on. When we took it to a Suzuki dealer for diagnosis the results was the passenger seat sensor was not working therefore the passenger air bags were disabled. The service manager quoted $1800. To $2000. For replacement. We are very disappointed to find this to be a common problem with Suzuki.”

“I have a 2006 Suzuki - Grand Vitara, my passenger side air bag light stays on. I took it to the Suzuki dealer and they said my passenger side air bag sensor is out and it would cost $2000 for the part only. The light sensor started flickering a few months ago with nothing or anyone in the seat today 06/29/11 finally took car into dealer to figure out what is wrong. They told me I couldn't even trade the car in because of this safety issue unless I repair and pay for cost on my own. What is that?”
