“While under power after shifting through the automatic gears, I have a vibration between 2-3 thousand RPM. The warmer it is, the harder it vibrates. Dealer has tried everything Suzuki has recommended but it hasn't helped. They also have another one doing the same thing. How can I find out how to fix this problem? Are there others having the same trouble??????”

I took my car to the recommended dealer, and waited 3 hours, while the dealer (big red) tried to sell me another car for all that time, only to be told 3 hours later that they didn?t have the part to repair this problem. This was done in march 2014 and to date - july 2014 as of this letter, I still haven?t been notified that they ever received the part, so this condition remains unfixed. …”

NHTSA complaint #10621375, filed 2014-08, 92,900 miles“Vibration in rear started soon after I purchased car. I had it in for service 4 times since february 2007 and they fixed the rear balanced the drive shaft and put new tires on,but the vibration is still there. As you go 45 MPH and then go faster you can hear the noise louder. After they put the new tires on they said the problem was ok and all they heard was road noise. When I road tested the car I heard the noise again. I've had the car in for service 4 times for the same problem.”

Two, the air conditioning has a foul odor when you turn the vehicle on all the time. I have taken my vehicle in for both problems. The gear shift first off will pop out of place if hit even in park or when the car in not running and it sticks and has to be jammed into place, I have taken it in and was told could not duplicate problem-never fixed. The air conditioning stinks badly, the odor is offensive, smells like a porta potty or something dead! …”
