“When my car is switched into reverse or drive, it will jerk very loudly then proceed to not switch into any gears higher than 3rd. Sometimes when I go into reverse, it will jerk and swing back quickly with little acceleration. It has continued for 5 months - looking online so many others are having this problem with this faulty piece of equipment.”
