“Purchased new vehicle from dealer. Heard knocking from rear passenger side. Took back to dealer and left for the day. Vehicle returned to me and told noises were normal. Unsatisfied, I took to another dealer. The new dealer identified the problem as a broken strut in the rear passanger side wheel. Is this negligent. Is this a safety concern. Vehicle has not been fixed yet.”
