“On 8/30/2013, we purchased a new set of 4 tires from costco, iwilei hawaii. On 9/28, the drivers side front tire went flat on a residential road. No punctures per goodyear of kailua. On 10/6, the passengers side front tire went flat at a residential road. No punctures per costco, iwilei. On 11/4, the drivers side rear tire went flat. This happened on the highway. No visible punctures. Rim damage. I have not turned in car for repair/replacement yet. I want 3rd party investigation prior to submitting to costco. …”

The contact stated that while traveling various speeds, a loud noise was heard and the vehicle shook violently. The vehicle was taken to the manufacturer where it was found that all four tires were cupped. The manufacturer was contacted about the failure. The failure mileages were unavailable.”
