Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“At approximately 6,700 miles, a rock/road debris passed through the large openings in the factory front grille of my 2025 Toyota Crown Signia XLE Hybrid and punctured the A/C condenser behind the grille. The A/C system lost refrigerant and stopped cooling. A Toyota dealer inspected the vehicle, confirmed the punctured condenser, and replaced it. Availability of the removed component for inspection is UNKNOWN. …”

NHTSA complaint #11765778, filed 2026-09

“When leaning on the front seat center armrest, the armrest makes a clicking noise when hitting rough or bumpy roads. The Toyota dealer replaced the armrest, and the same issue occurred. Toyota told the dealer they want the part to investigate further.”
