“Front seat belts don't retract. Shoulder belt will loosen up and not stay snug against your body. Is this safe? If I get into an accident there is enough slack to where I can hit the dash. The law says I have to wear them. My state inspection says they have to retract. And Toyota says they can sell me two new ones for over $300.”
