“2010 Volkswagen Beetle. Consumer writes in regards to transmission failure. The consumer stated while driving the vehicle failed slowed down to about 10 MPH and would not accelerate. The transmission needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was notified and offered to assist with 30% of the repair costs. The consumer stated that the full amount should be reimbursed due to the failure being known by the manufacture.”
