“There have been several problems with this car. The electrical power to the fuel pump has been feeling as though it is shutting off. When I first got the car, it stalled twice on me, while I was driving on a public road. The tires have balded or warn quickly. Engine leaks oil often. The fuel not getting to the pump has been overwhelmingly often.”

There is a civil lawsuit that has been settled but the payouts have not been disseminated since it was settled in 2018. This is a major concern due to there being a vast number of makes and models with this manufacturer yet they have yet to take full responsibility for the defects in their calls. I have a 2009 vw CC that I have yet to receive any reimbursement on costs to repair this issue. …”
