2007 Volkswagen EOS Seat belts Problems

“Unlike other vw models, there is no way to buckle driver side seat belt without a twist in the seat belt. I took the car to the dealership to be fixed. They could not fix it . They contacted vw and we were told it is the way it was engineered. We compared it with another EOS, which had the same problem. We then compared it to a passat, which did not have this problem. In addition to being uncomfortable, I fear that it will decrease the effectiveness of the seat belt. I also think with the discomfort, people may not wear it.”

“I brought a Volkswagen EOS 2007 and was not aware of the airbag light being default light came on when I hit a speedbump. Took to Volkswagen dealership and I was I had pay to get fixed I didnot feel that was my responsibility because it is a safety issue that they should have corrected or recall. I was on my way to work that morning and I total my car and I was told that I was driving on wrong side of the road and everything donot remember nothing. I had chest pain for over a month. …”
