The consumer was unable to maintain control of the vehicle and rear ended another vehicle. The driver's side air bag did not deploy, but the passenger side did deploy. The driver sustained head injuries. The consumer refused to go to the hospital. The vehicle was towed and totaled t by the insurance company. Please fill in additional information.”
